What format of Instant Readings and Healings do you offer?

You can choose phone, instant chat or email, depending upon my availablity. The buttons above and on the Contact and About Kristi pages of this site will indicate LIVE Advice availability. The more you open up and the longer we are engaged, the more I can assist you, adding energy work and emotional transformation to our connection. Therefore, your best value may be offered in a one-hour Perspective Reboot® session or Jump-Start Packages. Scheduled sessions also include a pre-healing phase of energetic and transformative processing. This service is offered to serve your immediate inquiry and/or concern.

What is the best time to catch you for a LIVE mini session or reading?

Below are some general guides, however, you can use the SCHEDULE A CALL feature on the app or more directly text me the phrase INSTANT HELP to ask if I might be able to join you shortly online! I live in Wells, Maine, which is in the Eastern Standard Timezone (EST). I may be available in the mornings on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, unless I have a client booked. I'll also usually check in mid-day during the time I would anticipate people having lunch hour. It's rarer for me to log on during the evening ... again, you can request that I meet up with you through the app's scheduling feature.

What is Click4Advisor?

Click4Advisor is the service we use to enable the CALL NOW and TEXT CHAT offering.  The rate charged for calls and chats pays me, but also pays for their technology to provide this CALL NOW and TEXT CHAT service.  Once you click on the CALL NOW buttons, a small pop-up window will appear from Click4Advisor.

The entire connection and post-call process is operated seemlessly by Click4Advisor. Their platform offers secure registration and credit card transactions.

Please note that I will see only your username on chats and will not know your name unless you tell me. In most cases, I would like to know your first name, approximate age, and location of call initiation. If we worked together in the past, it would help me connect to know this information.

How to get started ...

Other sites use this app, so if you have an account, just sign in and add money, if needed (steps below).

It’s easy, fast and simple. If you are new to the Click4Advisor platform, you must REGISTER:

  1. Just click on the “Click4Advisor” button on this website.
  2. A pop up window opens.
  3. Click on “new callers click to register” button.
  4. Fill out the form to Register.

What we love about the Click4Advisor CALL NOW system is that you initially set your budget for readings so you will not spend more than you can afford. The system will prompt you to add more money when your budget gets low during a reading (when one minute is left), but later it will stop the reading once you’ve spent your budget (for your protection). Minutes will not be charged for the time spent adding money during the call and initially during the first 30 seconds of connection.

Once I’m registered how do I use CALL NOW?

Once registered (and after you’ve made a deposit to your account), you can use CALL NOW in two ways.

Remember you can only use CALL NOW if Kristi is “available” in which case the “Click4Advisor” button will say:  Call me now for live advice. I'm working on getting a separate button for the chat, so you may have to click on the call button even when it says unavailable to see if chat is offered.

2. Dial into the automated system direct:   1-888-626-7386 for U.S. & Canada; 1-510-897-1288 for international calls.

How much does CALL NOW cost?

Cost varies depending on time, day of the week, holidays and whether or not there is a special going.  You can see the current rate by clicking on the appropriate button. When I'm online, the rate is shown for the call or chat service.

These calls and chats will run anywhere from $2.95 – $6.93 depending upon day and time of engagement. Sign up for my email list or Facebook page to be advised of for special offers.

The minimum amount of time you can prepay is 3 minutes. Honestly, that's not a realistic space in which to connect and gain real forward movement, especially on a chat requiring typing.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, you can pay securely by credit card through “Click4Advisor”. This way, your payment is secured and I do not have access to any financial information (including the amount of call time you have banked) from Click4Advisor.

How do I get an Instant CHAT reading?

  1. Register if you are new (follow instructions above.
  2. Click on the “Click4Advisor” button.
  3. Once the pop up window opens be sure to make a deposit to your account by clicking on the “Add Money $” button.
  4. Then click on the button that says “CHAT ADVICE”
  5. Wait for Kristi to accept (you are not charged while waiting).
  6. The first minute after I'm connected with you is free.

Can I use this program if I live outside Canada or the U.S.?

Short answer; YES! I am connected to LOVE and Light ~Source/God/All that Is ~ and can similarly connect with you, no matter where you're located. See if your country is listed in the Pop-Up Call Page.  

If you do not see your country listed for LIVE CALL, use the chat or email features. Some countries are not initially offered, because the Click4Advisor fees are high; let me know if you'd like me to consider adding your location; I will consider it.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes, all your information is safe. Your name, telephone number, email address, and billing information are protected because they are never revealed to Kristi unless you disclose them one your own. Of course it would be great to know your actual first name! The only information displayed is your Username and the only way they can contact you is through the Click4Advisor Message Center.

What happens if I call, but get an answering machine or otherwise cannot reach Kristi? Am I charged?

Click4Advisor utilizes a 30-Second Buffer Zone to avoid your paying when we do not connect.  This also covers the unlikely case when you might get a a wrong number (the wrong phone number) and have to discontinue the call.   In this case, as long as you hang up within 30 seconds, you will not be charged for the call.

What is ‘Request An Immediate Callback’ (seen on pop-up window) and how does it work?

If you are trying to reach me and I am busy or unavailable, you can ‘Request An Immediate Callback’. This will connect us as soon as I am off the other client call.   This saves you the hassle of having to continuously check to see when I am free.

There are two ways you can ‘Request A Callback’.   The first is online by clicking the ‘Request An Immediate Callback’ in the pop-up window, filling out the request form, and submitting it.   The second is by calling the Dial-In service and following the voice prompts.

How can I email Kristi for an Instant Email Reading?

Cost and description of our email engagement are in the widget via "Email-Based Services" button. Please note that I will only ask one question or address one condition per email charge. Here is a direct link to the email service.

You can request an email mini session by logging into your User account or by clicking on the ‘Email to Advisor’ link in the Click4Advisor pop up window, which will direct you to your User account. Go into the Message Center section and click on Create New Message.  

How do I leave feedback for the LIVE call, chat, email services?

I truly appreciate feedback through the click4advisor program or email – it helps with my credibility and ranking as an intuitive spiritual guide, energy healer, and medical/emotional sleuth.

How do I add more money to my account?

How can I view my history of deposits and call activity?

You will need to log into your User account to view both the history of your deposits and call activities. For deposits made, go into Deposit Summary under your Deposit Transactions section. You will be able to select a date to view when deposits were made into your account and for what amount.

For history of call activities, go into your Usage Transaction section to see a complete listing of details for each transaction made. The details will list the time and date the call was made, the name of the advisor you called, the minutes spent talking, and the amount debited from your account balance.
