Although I earned my Usui Reiki MASTER certification in 2017, it wasn't until learning about Mantra Reiki that I decided to add Reiki to my session offerings. While Usui Reiki is a traditional standard, Mantra Reiki goes in my natural healing "playground" ... the CHAKRAS! (Read more about the chakras and their connecting to physical healing here.)

You may also consider my Perspective Reboot® spiritual guidance, soul empowerment and energy healing sessions. These are more suitable for long-term illness, childhood trauma, and ascension/soul awakening concerns. Where does Reiki healing energy come from and how can it be shared in a distance session? Even though our physical bodies give us separate identities, we are connected by energy and quantum entanglements beyond our every-day perception. Some call the energy that is channeled in Reiki SOURCE ENERGY, others all it CHI, others still (myself included) call it LOVE & Light. When one is "attuned" as a Reiki practitioner, it is as if this "channel" is opened in their energy toolbox. As a quantum Master Healer, I perceive, receive and share many bandwidths of healing energy. Through the use of the Usui Reiki and the Mantra Reiki symbols, I can fine-tune the energy transmission. Many times the past can bring clarity to what's happening now. Our decisions, even those made unconsciously, affect our path, our outlook, and even our physical wellness. This is especially true if we are carrying "junk in the trunk" or otherwise lugging an emotional backpack behind us!

During your session, you will remain fully clothed other than removing your shoes. In-person clients lie on a massage table and distance clients are encouraged to be in a comfortable spot in which they will not be interrupted nor disturbed. Distance sessions include web cam so we can see one another, as most clients feel most comfortable with this.

Beyond the non-ply sic al energy utilized in a Reiki session, I may be led to add crystals or sound healing (utilizing mantra toning, a singing bowl, tuning fork). In all cases, I will share the mantra takeaway best for your situation. All clients have the option to add an intuitive reading to your session.
